Default Re: 34 roadster questions

In theory, Ford stopped making standard roadsters after the '33 model year, hence all '34 roadsters were deluxe models and the rumble seat was standard equipment.

I say in theory as they supposedly stopped making standard phaetons after the '33 model year also and yet I once had a '34 stadard phaeton and have heard of a couple of others since then.

If those windshield posts on your car in your photo are originals, then the car was originally a deluxe model and it did have a rumble seat. Does the dash have an ash tray in the center of it? If so, that is another tell tale of a deluxe model.
