Default Head light conduit

Hello Barners:
What section of the judging standards deals with the head light conduits?
I have a late 31 closed cab p/u. I think I read somewhere that the head light conduits are not the same as all of the other models. They were made of a type of coated cloth.
I would like to find documentation on this. All help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance, Don

Page 15-2 of the judging standards. Commercial vehicles after August 1930 had black, woven, non-metalic, loom conduits.
