Yes, there is a large internal 1 7/8 in. baffle with a hole in it to allow oil to pass all the way through into the engine. The smaller 3/4 in. baffle with the number 760 stamped on it blocks the fuel pump push rod hole which indicates that an electric fuel pump is used. Hence the cover plate with the 2 chrome bolts.Thanks to all for helping decipher this piece. I guess I'll put it in the Swap Meet section as I'll never use it.
