The key is to heat the area around the torque tube race and seal locations. Stand the TT up on the bell end, heat it up and use a long bar, in my case I used an axle shaft from the TT flanged end, and they should come out easily.

I like to use an electric heat gun and heat it up for several minutes. You're looking for 300°F approximately.

I didn't have the magical tool to spin the split one out on my 32, so I used a die-grinder and carefully cut through the old race (all the way down the length of it) and took it out.
