About 3 years ago I bought a sh*t load of parts from Red's, Offy, Ross, etc, and for some time now it's been a mystery. I've heard the owner got married, their understaffed, etc. They don't answer the phone or email, I just wish they would provide some statement of what their position is.

When he as in Palm Desert I bought a bunch of parts to rebuild my 8ba. At that time he was having issues getting help/welders. Don't know anything after he moved to Chiraco Summit. Seems like getting help in the middle of the desert would be a problem. But I would keep trying to contact him. I was very happy with his products and the knowledge he shared. JMO

Customer contact does not seem like a priority for them. I ordered on line last year and the headers did show up in a couple of months.

I had to call a few times before anyone answered my call. The guy I talked to was polite and knowledgeable. I ordered a set of headers for my 1951 Ford CONVERTIBLE. It took a few weeks for the headers to arrive, but they were perfect. (I don't know if anyone else makes headers for a shoebox convertible...they are unique to that model.) Don't give up on Red's Headers; they are still the best in my estimation.
