Al, It wasn't me. Just found this an hour ago. Looks like this video was made in the 90's or so. I'm not good at faces, but I think this is Don King who owns the Gold King Mine. I had seen his name in Gas Engine Magazine (one lunger mag) and called him about visiting the following month. So up, up, up the mountain we crawl in the six cylinder landcruiser wagon (the foyota today), towing a 500.00 16' travel trailer with 3 kids in the back seat and a month's worth of gear. We might have pulled second gear once or twice, but couldn't sustain it. He invited us to stay over but there were a lot of interesting characters about, and no ammenities and the missus had seen enough by then.
