1933 Hood side handles

Polished 304 Stainless. Made in USA.

Note. These are investment cast (wax model - coat with refractory ceramic - melt and burn out wax - pour hot metal into the ceramic mold). I made the dies using Freecad for digital modeling and a PRUSA MK4 3d printer with Protopasta metal filled PLA filament. Thanks to Nikki and Jim at Calcagno Foundry in Boring Oregon.

Flat head SUPERCHARGER drive pulleys, 3 grove as originals. We use a truck 2 grove for the design. CNC machined from STEEL, not cheazy aluminum. Even have the reverse oiling grove as original. Each pulley was machined from a solid one piece of Steel blank. Last made in the early '40s? Pm me for sales info- LIMITED production, never again- one chance fellows. Reasonable, figure the hourly rate of a shop today. A 4 grove was priced double the 3 grove. Newc

Now making new 1933-34 Ford column drop ignition switch levers. They are made from 316 stainless steel. I roughly polished two of them in photos. They will be sold “as cast” and can either be polished or ran as-is. Fit and function perfectly!

For the 33 crowd, Karl's hood handles are fabulous...I cannot recommend them enough.

Seems like an odd choice to me, but then, I'm not a "truck guy".

It is good that you lined up a cooperative foundry.

Neat. Finally those bolts are available. Will you be making the special reduced head castle nuts as well? Please say yes!
