I can't figure out how to remove the rod that you push to activate the starter. Also don't know to get my location shown when I submit a thread?

John, the rod just unscrews from the start switch.

Go to User cp top left in black to edit info

Near the top of the page, find User CP. Go to Edit Avatar. You can also add a signature and more.
