Default 1937 Carb info what's good???

Ok so the 36 has a 37 motor in it
Buddy gave me this new carb I can't remember the name of it....the original one was not working either..what's a good carb .
Who has em in so cal. Im all ears I don't know anything about these motors guys.

Original carb for a '37 V8 is a Stromberg 97.
Many to be had on eBay

New accurate reproductions are also available from Stromberg in England. Stay away from clones like Speedway's "9Super7". "UncleMax" on here and the H.A.M.B. is the resident expert for rebuilds, etc.

Here's an original 97 rebuilt by uncle Max, they come back looking and working like new.

So looks like i have a 94 carb and need a 97
So bought a rebuild kit for the original one and let's see what happens
Hopefully tomorrow I can get to it let's see
