1939 Ford chassis rolling steering chassis. THE WHEELS N TIRES NOT INCLUDED. I will include other wheels n tires. The frame has rot and can be seen in pictures. This has the parts to convert to juice brakes. Wide five bolt pattern or change drums and run 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern. Asking $500
