I have installed a number of Drakes tanks. I'm fairly certain that is what Carpenter sells as well.
Unless Drake improved (read: corrected) his design, you will find the tank a bit too wide to install easily. I'd never had an issue as the bodies were always off while I restored the chassis.
The Drake tanks do have a larger capacity than the original.
