How do you feel about scamming me?

I quit doing car illustrations for a set fee because several times people did not pay although they liked the product. The last one just ignored the PayPal invoice for the art he had received. The internet allows some people to be flakes as they know there really is no way to collect.

I guess if we do enough online private buying we will surely get a poor transaction. The only one I remember was from a frequent seller on here and the Hamb. I paid for a column drop that came from out East. It was packaged in a BAG. I received the empty bag with a hole only. The seller said he would make it right with me but it has been over 6 years and I am still waiting. LOL!
I do not think it was intentional but just very poor judgement. I just skip over his ads.

There are Many Want ADS on this Ford Barn forum. This Scammer is more
than likely contacting Many of them, hoping to Scam (CON) them out of
their hard earned money TOO !!!

If the OP wants to Help keep other Barners from getting SCAMMED by
this thief, THEN Place the Info Here, to Help Fellow Barners out !!!

for fear of getting involved in a slander suit, i am taking the high road here. I know it sounds like a sissy move. I only posted the first post so he might feel bad about it.

I can say he responded to my want ad. I gave my email in my want ad so he responded without posting on this site. I paid his ask price. He would not give me a phone number even though i gave mine and asked for a call. ALERT NO 1.
He is from South Dakota.

Have a phone conversation. I dont know why everyone is afraid of the phone. You can tell a lot from a phone call.
