I have a repro 46 Ford Trunk Handle that I bought a couple of yours ago , so I go to fit this handle and try to turn the key and the whole barrel & Key comes out in my hands in pieces, so after a couple of years no point in trying to get warranty, I ring up a couple of Repro Dealers and get told only available with the handle and as I am in Australia the price for a new handle is $460.
So is there another solution, I am going to take the handle to a locksmith and see what they can do but I thought I would ask here first. Thanks in advance Regards Bill |

Do you have the cylinder and large nut that the handle fits into? I think the handle lock bolt needs the cylinder.
