How to buy something from the Swap Meet

Forgive my ignorance but I can't seem to respond to a seller with items for sale in "the Swap Meet" section of the site. The seller does not list an email or phone number or any contact information. When I try to PM them, I get a message that I can't PM.

I believe you need to have a certain number of post before you can list or respond to the for sale section. I guess it is to help try to stop scammers.

Yes, that appears to be the case. I've been signed up on the site since 2012 but haven't had much to post about. I don't post a lot because I was taught that I have 2 ears and only one mouth and there's a reason for that.
