Yes the car was purchased from the Phoenix area. I've been looking for the right opportunity to get a 160B for a while. I haven't had a lot of time with the car yet but so far I'm pretty happy with how it runs and drives.

I thought as much. It was a member of Model A Restorers Club of Arizona...for the last several owners. I've driven the old girl...she is a good one. Ernie in Arizon

From my "regrets" pile. During my college days (early 70's) I remember stopping at a farmer's house and buying the remains of a four door, slant window that had been torn apart and left in a ravine. I picked up all the parts that were still laying around, but I left the body behind. It was a, so "uncool!", four-door sedan.

Your story is familiar to me, I purchased my first Model A Coupe when I was 15 years old in 1974 and with all good intentions intended to restore it. Time went on college, marriage a family and the coupe sat. In 1992 my dad gave me his 31 Roadster which we still have today along with a 30 Fordor. Six years ago, I passed the coupe to our daughter and son-in law who have two young boys. They have almost finished the restoration of the coupe but as you found out that in order to enjoy the hobby with their two young boys, they needed a Model A that could accommodate their boys and purchased a 31-slant window sedan as you. Enjoy and hopefully your kids will inherit the A’s someday.
