Hello Ronnie, most all of us here on the Ford Barn can only imagine what you
have accomplished, building your Ford Flathead powered Bonneville race car. You must have spent Many, Many countless hours of experimenting, making all the components that go into making a record breaking Bonneville race car. Congratulations to You and Carly for having the ability and guts to sit in the seat and pilot a car that would scare the He!! out of most of us at the speed that car is capable of reaching. All of us here on the Ford Barn surely are proud of what You Accomplished. We wish you all the Best in Breaking More Records in the future. ![]() ![]() ![]() .

Great accomplishment and a really fun video. I too would like to see some pics of the vehicle along with some specifics on it and the engine. And who is Carly?

You are CLEARLY The MAN! I especially love the fact that the stock dual point distributor outperformed the electronic one! Congrats to all.

What a wonderful, exciting race!
Do you have a website with pictures of your car, engine, cockpit, etc. :-) Glenn

We all know that Laura is Mrs. San Giovanni, but nobody has asked who is Carly? Is she possibly your daughter or is she someone else we don't frequently hear by name? Coop . |

Thanks Coopman and everyone else as well.
With everything now cleaned up all the tools and spare parts put away now I can concentrate on the engine to see how well the block held up under the abuse of so many miles of hard use. Plans are already underway for next years records assault. This time it will be overhead valve conversion on the Ford flathead block. Ronniroadster

Only one thing left to do now, Ron....update your signature to the new records!
Congratulations-that's quite a feat.
