I am trying to find a parts diagram or pictures showing how the floor goes together around the pedals and steering column and what rubber parts are needed.

Do you still have the toe board (metal piece the pedals go through) that was original to the truck? They used at least three different ones in the 39.

Yes I have a plate that’s cut to clear the pedals and has 2 steering column cutouts. I guess this part must be used for the coe also.
