Default NO Spark

1933 model b
replaced coil and condenser
When starter is activated car ammeter jiggles, but have no spark at plugs

I am getting so old and confused, need help

Do you have current to the coil? When you touch the red and black multimeter wires to each other ,do you get a reading? If so then to the each terminal of the coil ,does it register?

Have you cleaned the distributor points and checked point gap? Is the battery ground path good?

Is there a special trick in getting the rotor off to check the points? I thought the rotor will just pull off?

They can be stuck, keep coaxing. Careful of your hand when it does let loose.
Try a light tap tap tap while trying to raise it.
