horn trouble
how does my 34 horn make a ground at the wheel and can I take it apart to clean contact. it tries to work but I think its a poor ground at steering wheel. I can make it work grounding it at the horn itself. Ken

Re: horn trouble
Sounds like you need to remove the horn rod from steering column. You should then carefully bend the tabs which retain the horn button via the chrome bezel. Most likely, you will find corrosion on the brass plate which is molded into the button. Once you clean this and then reassemble, your horn will work. Be careful bending the bezel tabs back. They will break.
