Hi there, I'm new to posting on here but have followed for quite awhile.
I'm looking for any companies that can supply a headliner for a 40 Deluxe Tudor Sedan. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

There aren't any. What you will have to do is employ a custom auto upholstery shop to make a headliner for you. Hopefully you have some of the original left that they can use to match material and color.
I need to do that this winter for my '37 Ford. |

Check Rockauto.com and look under the interior section. They supply headliners from Acme Headliners in LA at a very reasonable price.

Do a search for Acme Headliners in Los Angeles. They have been in business for decades and should have what you need. Also try Obsolete and Classic Auto Parts in Oklahoma City. I recall they sell headliners also. Check e-Bay as there are headliners listed there. Do a search(1940 Ford headliner) and you will find several listings. Most are from the company in Oklahoma City.

I contacted ACME and they are going to send me a sample for a 1937 Ford. I'm curious to see how the material compares to the original.

When I reupholstered my 40 Tudor, We use uphostery fron a Ford Taurus. It looks just like the original cloth uphostery. It a modern fabric that is able to resist stains.

Apparently the headliner they make is of the bow type. Supposed to be original type. I'll see what the sample looks like. If it's a genuine type of material and color, I'll stand corrected. I'm an anal prick about upholstery.
