Call Berts and have them send you a catalog. Great on parts, service, and machine work.

Paint is shipped by ox cart. Last paint I ordered the oxen died. Still waiting for delivery.

A downside to starch is - if your delivery driver leaves the package out in the rain and water gets inside, not only do your parts get wet but they get entombed in sticky bletch. Don't ask how I know that one ... JayJay

The styrofoam peanuts are not bad with a little salt and lots of butter. The starch ones taste a little better.

Hardtimes,
The first time I went to C.W. Moss, about 6 years ago, I asked for a catalog and they gave me one that must have been published in the ‘70’s or ‘80’s. The guy said it was the same as their on-line catalog, the only difference was the prices. Don’t forget the Early Ford Store in San Dimas. I go there for small stuff. The Early Ford Store carries some stuff from Snyder’s. I bought some deluxe stanchions for my ‘30 Roadster there. They also have used original parts too. I like to support California businesses. I’ll second supporting GOOD Ca businesses. Today, I received a box of parts. I only ordered them YESTERDAY ! CW Moss must have boxes and sent within the hour. I like that. Ive also patronized the Early Ford Store for many years. Too far to drive.. for me. Another good OLD TIMEY Ford Store : Specialty FORD Parts , Rosemead Ca. I got the last Riley 4-Port gaskets that owner Jim Gordon had ... upstairs.. ha. New old stock. One of my 4E4 friends lives nearby. He helped Jim move into this place decades ago !! |
