Does anyone have a picture they could share of the wires connected..This on a. 47 Truck so it is not stock I cannot find a picture in a search. Thank You BOB

Here is a link to VanPelts website. It shows the dist and plug wiring. The crab dist is the same as the stock '47 dist with the exception of the cap, cap clips and the rotor.

Thank you. Bill . I just want to see how the wires are configured going in to the crabb cap , with a 90 or straight in . I am trying to use my stock looms . How are the 3 and 5 configured which as you know cross over . Thanks BOB

Thank you Seery I have 47 truck it should have the rabbit ear type cap .which has been on the truck for 18. Years . It started having shorts in the wires . So I decided to change to Crabb. BOB

Here's a picture with wire ends. Note numbered wire outlets in order of firing. Cam (distributor) rotates counter clockwise looking at distributor from front. DD

59A with 4 1/4” stroke x 3 5/6” bore , Isky 400 jr cam. I built the engine and installed it in a 32 Sedan Delivery chassis. Body is getting painted.

Ken Ala that sure looks nice . My problem is the engine is in a 47 pkp.and am standing on my old head at 83 but I will get it done , might not look quiet so good . Just so it works . I know I shouldn’t be doing this at my age THANKS everyone for the help BOB

I found the 90 degree end fittings work well. Mine has the truck pumps that have the belt further forward. Clearing the pulleys with straight terminals is tricky. 90 deg fittings let them run up and keep them out of the way.
