Does anyone know what the status of our payments for the 2020 Hershey spaces ?
I know the Flea Market has been cancelled but the Car Show will be held.
I'm not sure if we are getting a refund or a roll over/credit for 2021.
I was able to move my Hotel to 2021 with full credit for my pre pay deposit.

Phil,
Refunds are supposed to go out in early August according to the Hershey Region flea market chairman.

I would love to just roll it over for 2021 if that was an option.

I have already submitted every thing...... got my confirmation.....

No roll overs. From what I understand everyone is getting a refund so the region can start with a clean slate for 2021. What confuses me is why drag it on. If we don't get a refund until late Aug. or Sept. early registration starts in Dec. Why bother, I think I I'll just hold my refund check and send it back with the 2021 registration.

Accountability!
It would be a nightmare if some wanted refund some rollover.
Besides 2021 will require new year for AACA dues
