The fender lamps really look sharp, but I have never seen any on a car. Other than the UK which required them as John has said, the big market that used them was Argentina which may be a source. But because fenders were subject to damage, I would presume any fender lamps would be hard to find there as well.
All the front fender braces [ pressed] have a drilled top hole for the wire to fit fender lamps, even my late '29 Canadian Tudor. Stay sane.
