The Judging Standards state the cotter pins were "Unfinished" I have worked on a lot of Model A's and early V-8's thru the years. All of what I believed to be original cotter keys were unfinished. Therefore, it is my opinion the cotter pins from the factory had no finish. They were "unfinished" Chris W. |
