7º of caster is quite a bit. They are originally set for 5º which is still quite a bit.
The car will still probably track well at speed, but, the steering wheel probably will not want to return very well on its own during a slow turn.

its an old hotrodder trick,the more caster or king pin inclination the less steering effort you have,add enough it will feel like power steering,till it dives into a turn..
