I absolutely hate my Universals. 21". They slide at the drop of a hat and I don't dare drive in the rain. I have about 10k miles on them and cannot wait to replace them. I drive it almost every day (no rain) and will be going to a 32 wheel with radials next.

If we're moving the topic to tubes . Choice is more limited here in Uk than in USA but I bought some Michelin tubes for my 19 inch wheels and they are far superior to anything I've had for many years. (no flats since fitting them about 10000 miles ago and rarely need to add air ) Downside is they are offset stem so a hole needs to be drilled in the rim and the old hole filled - but at least the airline connector can be clipped on easily .
