How many different truck doors are there???

Thanks for your responses cause it showed me what I 'forgot' to put in the original post. The cab is a closed cab and it's the 28/29 year cab. I really don't know how to tell the difference with what little I actually have. Will try to post some pics, but my camera phone likes to keep its pictures to its self. Well, that was a bust. Don't know where they are. Will try again later.
