Can i get some advice, where is the window crank for the rear window clocked when the window is in the closed positíon?

My all original never restored 37 Tudor has the passenger side handle at 9 o'clock and the driver side is at 3 o'clock, in other words, both are parallel to the ground and both point forward when the windows are up
