Default 40 trunk wire routing

Having repaired the trunk area sheet metal I need a photo of where the wire for the license plate wire enters the trunk. When I started there was just a large hole. I know it on the left side and assume it to be behind the trunk side liner. Also does the tail light wires go thru any sheet metal or just go underneath?

The hole that the wire comes up in to the luggage compartment is on the left side. It is directly rearward of that "tab" on the floor that mounts the body. A small amount of body putty sealed this hole / conduit.
The wire (within a conduit) was then run behind the cardboard panel - forward until very near the left trunk lid hinge. The wire from your license plate lamp terminates in that general area as well. Both wires are connected with a rubber encased butt connector, typical of the others on your car.
The tail lamp wiring stays beneath the car. It runs along the left frame rail all the way back to the very rear cross member. If your car is a deluxe model, the crossover wire harness to the right lamp is run on the inside - lower edge of that member and is attached in two places.
