Are you sure what you have is a 1940 perchbolt? Is there a number on it. I ask, because it doesn't look like either of the two types 1940 ford perch bolts I have seen. (One for that accomodate a sway bar and another that does not.)

That's the $60,000 question. The photo is of the perch that is currentlly on my 40 pickup. If an owner has changed it, does anyone recognize the model they used? Thanks. Kentf1003

I checked closely and there is no parts number on it. Wish there was.
