They were on my car ! I tried straight pipes on my '37 . Too loud for me . Then I went w/the short , 12" body Brockman's . Woman taking my order said they were " the loudest ones we have " . She wasn't lying ! I couldn't tell the difference between them and straight pipes . Then I went to PepBoys and got a pair of Magnaflow glasspacks . They have an 18" body , and a nice deep rumble , which was just right for me .
