I love the prewar Merc's. Mine was a 40 Merc convert sedan. She lives in another man's garage now.

good progress on lights. All outside lamps working. gauge lights working but ignition lamp is wired to headlamp side of switch rather than park lamp, needs a wire swapped. The big horns look so neat I got to get em hooked up. Steering wheel about 180 degrees off, need to check where to center it up. Some have warned me that the tires are too old for proper 'protection' while I am messing around.
