Does anyone know if A 1940 Tudor Front seat and a 1941 Tudor front seat are the same??

The 41 was a new body and frame, I would guess that the seat is different too, but I don't know for sure.

No its too wide. 37 to 40 is what will fit but between those years mounting brackets on the base changed. 39 or 40 is really what your easiest fit will be

Keep in mind that the bodies were wider in '41. I believe '41 is the first year for the running boards inside the doors rather than outside as prior. 1940 first year for column shift last year for exterior running boards.
