Thanks for the response's,yes I tried through ebay and the messages were returned,that is the reason for the question thinking someone in the New York area knows the car and owner.Ken

When you use the ask a question on EBAY spell out your phone # and see if he calls you.Dave Simard who he mentioned is in MA and well known.Someone might have his number and that might work.
