Yes,here we go with "Oil Wars" again!I thought it was all agreed upon that motor oil today is a much better quality than they were years ago.Flatheads way back did not last long before a rebuild was needed?They gummed up with sludge and was this not because of all the zinc and other additives that everyone thinks is needed now????Just a good quality 30W high detergent oil that is changed regularly has always worked for me!This is just my opinion or my 2 cents worth!Also I think here is a prime example of all the zinc and other additives left behind.I certainly don't need them!
