Fredski,

I don't know about Canada, but I hear there're a lot of snake oil salesmen in Florida. I understand they also sell real estate.

Here in the California desert we make our own. Almost every one has a wringer from old washing machine. We just catch a rattle snake and put it through the wringer. Works great on just about anything on a Model A, e.g., gas, steer box, transmission, rear end, etc.

I have used Marvel Mystery Oil in my car, per the directions on the container, for a number of years.

Car starts in the spring after a winter storage with no problem and the vapor lock problem stopped.

Gator oil not snake oil. As a matter of fact I do have some beautiful real estate for sale, real private plenty of wildlife.

I NEVER tole Minerva that I NEVER added any Snake Oil, Panther Piss, ur ANYTHING, & she always ran GOOD!
I "think" most additives are just to make sum guy RICH & he can buy a 2 acre island, sit in the sun, drink XXX BEER, & scratch when the SAND FLEAS BITE!

On my way back from the 2014 MAFCA National in Washington my engine started to act like it was not getting enough fuel ("vapor lock"). The ambient temperature was above 100 degrees and I was going up hills. The engine temperature hit 195 degrees (it was normally 180 degrees). I opened up the GAV 2 to 3 full turns and the engine started running normal again. At the next gas stop I cooled off the carburetor and added some Mystery Oil to the gas. The engine ran fine until the next series of hills. Again it started to loose power. I opened up the GAV and was running fine again. My conclusion is that Marvelous Mystery Oil does not prevent "vapor lock" in my Model A.

Drive to Aldi and buy a 4 pack of tapioca pudding for 88 cents. Eat one and use the empty cup for your 4 ounce measure.
