Question Hot water heater, 40 ford ..electrical question

Had some work done on the 40...as I remember..the heater only turned on when the ignition switch was on...after I got it back...the fan will run when ignition switch is off....How do I correct this...

When you state the heater turned on I assume you mean the blower fan. If that is the case sounds like the blower fan was wired to the battery rather than thru the ignition switch. Move the wire to the blower motor so it is only hot when the switch is on.

yes that is what I meant...the blower motor...I will poke around and see what I can do...
