Bob that doesn't matter. All Vickys mount the column to the dash not the tank. My father has a very nicely restored one that does not have the indented firewall (March 31) and he is somewhat of an expert in these cars. I grew up around Vickys and their intricate details. Although I'm not an expert that one I do know.
