I've heard of people breaking up THICK chunks of paint deposits from some OLD Ford plant paint booths & carving art objects from it. Much like carving turquoise. Also, from old glass plants some broke up THICK deposits of bluish/greenish glass & chiseled/ground beautiful glass art objects!
