After removing the pitman arm (suggest a mark on the pitman and the end of the sector for reassembly) clean the face of the old seal and look for stamped markings as to Mfg. and part number. Then drill about three small holes in the face of the seal and insert small, long sheet metal screws part way into the holes. Pull on the heads of the screws to remove the seal.
