Thank you all for the warm welcome. I’m working on replacing the front cross member as the original owner cut it to fit a 2829 radiator. Strange decision so I have cut and drilled into it and I’m working on cleaning the rust off of my new/old X member. I am torn over rivets, bolts, or welding the new one in. I know traditional solutions all say rivets but I’m really not in love with Rivets.

I used bolts in both of my rigs. So far so good.
