Try THE Titleman , 566 St. Paul st. Rochester NY. Ph. No. ..??? Depending on your state laws.

You might want to google "The Title Man" and read some reviews about him. Seems a little shady with reviews complaining about wating 6+ months and getting nowhere.

I live in the Rochester burbs and might just take a ride to the city and see this guy in person, but I have the feeling I'll need some hand sanitizer if I have to shake his hand...................
