Looks like you might have scored on the basics for a nice car.. If you need any help with parts/info let me know, I'm not that far away..
The raised lip on the wheels tell me that they could be Mopar in lieu of Ford. Ford wheels 1940 and later are 5 on 5.5, not 5 on 5. Is this a miss print in your earlier comments.
