CP Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Cape Cod Posts: 159	Re: 1939 pickup solenoid --sorry, i typed "-" when i meant "+" ground. --why did it have a 12v solenoid? because someone installed it and converted (just the solenoid) to 6v to match the 6v truck. --I'm going to take a picture and post as soon as i can. Sorry for confusion. cp
