If front hub, the long nose of the front hub fits snug to the taper snout of the Ford T wire wheel center, you have to use lots of good penetrating oil (WD-40 is not a penetrating oil) or heat if really rust stuck from years.

Press on the hub with the wheel supported, the lug bolts are swaged in the front hubs, the rear hubs are usually keyed with upturned metal lug on the rear drum inside. Over the years some owner may have welded the lug bolts in the hubs as easy fix, but terrible for replacing the lug bolts
