Another trick is take a cast iron Zenith carb, remove the brass fuel filter, replace it with a bolt that will screw in about 2 inches long. Then put your ferrule on the end of the line and snug the fuel line down good. It will seat that ferrule the proper distance from the end of the fuel line.
Take the bolt out take your fuel line out of the Zenith, install it on your Tillotson you should be good |
