Default 1935 coupe Grill removal

Hello all, I am getting psyched up to yank the engine out of my 5 window.
It is a street rod, with really nice paint.
I already got the hood off ( me and 2 other fellas)
now it's time to remove the grill.
Any suggestions?
should I loosen up the fenders a bit, and the inner fender liners, to help the grill slide out?
My last 35 was a 3 W project, so removing the grill and radiator I wasn't very concerned about paint.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks
