The '49-'51 Ford pass car master cylinder bore is 1", so the pistion will be slightly smaller. These masters are different than "normal" cylinders because they mount through the side and have intragal bracketry to support the clutch linkage. They were also used by other vehicle brands including (?) Kaizer. Pictures can be found on line, like Ebay, etc.
The '49-'50 pickup master has an 1 1/16" bore and is conventional in style and mounting, although with 3 bolts instead of two.
