I found some rubber remnants at the local shop here. I built an isolator that I think will work. I installed mine between the trans mount and the crossmember. This the same as the 38 you were working on?

The engine mounts are still giving me fits. The big flatwasher is bottoming out on the collar of the bolt. I'm not even close to getting a cotter pin in the castle nut.
